We hope your week has been full of cheer like ours! We're ramping up for another extraordinary season. Having met with a ton of brides-to-be, we couldn't be more excited to design for them on their big day. As things start to take off for us this season, we thought we'd pause and shed some light on how you can best prepare for a consultation with us - your beloved florist.
Do some research - dive into the Pinterest world, check out friends' Facebook photos, invest in a few bridal magazines. Find out what you love and what you hate; then come prepared to spill all. The more concepts, ideas, and dreams you come with - the better the designer-client communication; and the better equipped we'll be to put vision into action!
Don't worry about the lingo - you don't need to know the names of all the flowers you love (or hate) but you should be prepared to describe characteristics of what you want the flowers to look like. For example: "Romantic, vintage, garden" or "Simple, clean, structural"
Don't be afraid to bring it! We're talking about color swatches, your wedding invites, pictures of the venue, sample fabrics, etc.
