We can't help ourselves - we've got a serious case of Spring fever. Primarily because we are fired up about the collection of brides we have the opportunity to design for this upcoming season! Last year's trend involved lots of lace, burlap, mason jars, and white milk glass; and we found ourselves working with a good deal of lamb's ear and various blush and peach toned flowers. Jess' wedding last fall at Grant Humphrey's Mansion in Denver (as is depicted below) is a great example of this...
This year we anticipate designing for a similar feel as 2012, yet with a touch of more vibrant colors (let's hear it for seafoam mint, peach, and monaco blue!) Upcoming container trends include mercury glass and birch bark wrapped jars/vases. Additionally, backdrops are gaining popularity - both simple and eye catching- they make for awesome photo opportunities (think of it as a chic revamp on the photo booth craze).
The aforementioned are but a taste of where we see things headed this Spring and we are thrilled to be working collaboratively with such stylish clientele as yourselves!
