Everyone wants to be original, and on December 30th I had the privilege to design for an inspiring couple whose wedding was completely fresh! Robin and Willie are young, creative and energetic and wanted their big day to be bold and bright. Since Robin loves roses and orchids, we utilized these flowers, but with a twist. They were transformed in a process that begins when the flowers are cut. The growers inject dye into the stems of white flowers, then, when the flowers absorb water and hydrate, the dye slowly changes their petals into different colors. Mile High Station hosted this incredible wedding - a perfect venue to enhance the couple's unique personalities.
